Ingredients :
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1 can (14.5 oz.) Vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (about 8 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 cups dry medium tube shaped or corkscrew pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired for garnish
Directions :
In medium skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring occasionally. Pour off fat.
Add broth, Worchestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and tomatoes.
Heat to a boil. Stir in uncooked pasta.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
Uncover and cook 5 more minutes, or until pasta is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
If desired, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
