Creamy Pasta Primavera

Ingredients :
- 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 tabelspoons light zesty Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 zucchini, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups fresh asparagus, cut up into 1 inch lenghts
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. package) Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions :
- Cook penne pasta in large saucepan according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken and vegetables, then cook 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Add broth and Neufchatel cheese. Cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
- Stir in Parmesan.
- Drain penne pasta, then return to pan.
- Add chicken mixture and toss lightly.
- Cook 1 minute or until heated through.
- Sauce will thicken on standing.
