New Potatoes In Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients :
  • 2 1/2 pounds new potatoes (about 20), quartered
  • 1 container (8 oz.) Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions :
  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan on meedium heat 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave cream cheese, milk and peppers in large microwaveable bowl on high 40-50 seconds, or until cream cheese is melted when stirred. Stir in dill until well blended.
  3. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
