Frozen Coconut Pie

Very easy and delicious!
Ingredients :
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 container (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions :
  1. In large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended after each addition.
  3. Stir in coconut, whipped topping, and extract.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Let stant at room temperature until pie can be cut easily.
  8. Store leftovers in freezer.
