Brownie Bites with Fruit

Brown Bites with Fruit

1 pkg fudge brownie mix (make cake-like brownies)
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup thawed, whipped topping
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
strawberries

Make brownie mix as directed on box. Pour into mini muffin pan, about 2/3 full. Bake for about 10-14 minutes. Let brownies cool. Clean muffin pan and repeat.

While the brownies are baking mix cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Put some on top of each brownie and top with strawberry slices.

 You should have more than enough topping for the whole box of brownies.
