Hashbrown Casserole

1-2 lbs shredded potatoes
16 oz sour cream
large pack shredded cheddar or mild cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
cornflakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Spread in 13×9 dish and bake 30-40 minutes. You can also top your hashbrown casserole with cornflakes before you bake it.
