“Paprikás krumpli” (“PA-PRE-KASH KRUME-PLEE”) is a paprika-based potato stew with a lot of diced potatoes, onion, tomato, bell peppers, Hungarian red paprika powder and some bacon or sliced spicy sausage. It is very popular dish in Hungary, often eaten for lunch or dinner and often prepared in bogrács (like the famous Hungarian goulash).
