Pina Colada Cake
Pina Colada Cake (great warm weather recipe)

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut (found in baking aisle)
1 can crushed pineapples in heavy syrup
1 container cool whip
Bake cake as directed on box. Let cool about 10 minutes and then poke holes in the cake using the end of a wooden spoon. Pour cream of coconut in the holes.
Drain juice from pineapples and pour juice in holes.
Spread pineapples on top of cake. Refrigerate for a few hours. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
