1 lb pasta ( I used three different types of pasta, just leftovers of what I had on hand)
3/4 lb browned ground beef ( I used left over hamburgers, diced up)
2 T butter
1 package of taco seasoning
3/4 c water
1 Tbs flour
1 Tbs cornstarch
2 c milk
8 oz shredded  sharp Cheddar cheese
Toppings, tomatoes, avocado, onions, salsa, sour cream, etc

Brown hamburger, drain, return to pan and stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 c water. bring to a boil, and cook for 5-7 mins.

Prepare pasta according to package, drain.

Melt butter over medium heat, whisk  in flour and cornstarch until smooth. cook for 2 mins whisk in milk and stir for 5 mins.

stir in 1 1/2 c cheese stir until melted. stir in meat and pasta. Top as you wish
